Built entirely from advanced 3D-printed titanium, the Operator TI weighs only 8.5 oz while delivering impressive sound suppression for AR-15 and 5.56 NATO platforms. Purpose-built for 5.56 rifles, the Operator TI features a durable black Cerakote finish, direct-thread 1/2×28 mounting, and a lightweight 6.5-inch design ideal for tactical rifles, SBR builds, range rifles, and duty-style setups. The Off Grid Operator TI suppressor is regulated under the National Firearms Act (NFA) and requires an approved ATF Form 4 and a federal tax stamp before transfer or pickup. All suppressor purchases must comply with federal, state, and local laws.

Billet Armory assists customers with the suppressor buying process, including EFT fingerprints, ATF eForms submission, and NFA paperwork support to help streamline approvals.

For Texas customers, suppressors may be transferred directly through Billet Armory upon ATF approval. For out-of-state customers, suppressors must be shipped to a licensed FFL/SOT dealer in your state for final transfer and Form 4 processing. Suppressors cannot be shipped directly to consumers.
